Products and visibility

A product holds the description and settings. Its prices, stock and delivery live on its variants.

Create a product

Go to Products and add a product. The editor has these main parts:

PartWhat you set
Name and groupName (up to 150 characters), category and an optional group.
ImagesUp to 12 images. Uploads accept PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF up to 5 MB each.
DescriptionA rich text description, plus up to 10 extra description tabs.
Badges and statusUp to 10 small badges, and an optional status label with a colour (for example "Updating").
Deliverables type and instructionsSerials (stock lines) or Files (downloads), plus instructions the customer sees after payment. See Deliverables type.
VariantsAt least one variant is required. See Variants, stock and delivery.
Checkout fieldsUp to 20 custom fields buyers fill in. See Checkout and discounts.
MessagesA thank-you message, and an out-of-stock message shown when nothing is left.
SEOAn optional URL path, meta title and meta description.

Custom orders and edit packs

You can sell work made to order (for example a video edit) and ready-made products (presets, project files, LUTs, overlays) in the same store. Custom orders work with every theme.

  1. Create the product and give it a price. Open the Checkout tab and press Set up as custom order. This adds a required Link field (the customer's clip: Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox or YouTube; links only, no uploads) and a required brief field, and turns on Ask after payment. You can rename or add fields (Link, Text, Long text, Choice ...).
  2. The customer pays and lands on the order page, where they send the link and the written requirements. You get an e-mail when they arrive. The checkout shows work-to-order wording for the right of withdrawal instead of the digital-content text.
  3. Work on it, then deliver. Open the order in Orders: the drawer shows the clip link and brief and the stage (awaiting brief, in progress, delivered). Paste the link to the finished video, add an optional note and press Save and deliver. The customer is e-mailed and sees it on the order page.
  4. Changes go through support: the order page has an "Open a ticket" link tied to the order, and the ticket shows up in Support.

Edit packs are normal products: add the files or keys as usual and they are delivered right after payment. Custom orders collect the buyer's brief after payment; packs need nothing more and are delivered right away.

Visibility

SettingEffect
PublicListed on your storefront and purchasable.
UnlistedHidden from your storefront, but purchasable through its direct link.
PrivateHidden from customers entirely. Only you can see it.
On HoldListed on your storefront, but purchases are disabled.

A product also has an active/inactive status. Inactive products cannot be bought.

Currencies

Prices are entered in your shop's currency (the symbol is shown next to every price field; JPY and HUF have no decimals). If you change the shop currency in Configure, existing prices keep their numbers and are not converted: review them. See Checkout, Currencies.

Bulk actions and duplicates

In the products list you can select up to 200 products at once to change their visibility or status, or to delete them. Duplicate copies a product and its variants. Stock lines and statistics are not copied.

Content rules

Product titles, descriptions and variant names are scanned automatically for prohibited terms. A product that matches is flagged and cannot be sold until it is reviewed. You may only sell what the Acceptable Use Policy allows.
