Reseller panel

Sell in bulk through trusted resellers with tiered wholesale prices, paid from a prepaid balance.

What it is

The reseller panel lets trusted customers buy your products in bulk at tiered wholesale prices, paid at once from their prepaid customer balance. It is available on the Pro plan only; other plans see an upgrade card.

Set it up

1. Open Audience, ResellersSwitch the panel on in Settings. A first tier is created for you.
2. TiersName, discount percentage and the purchase volume that unlocks it (last 30 days or lifetime). Resellers advance automatically after a purchase and never move down on their own. You can also set a tier by hand.
3. ProductsChoose which products are resellable. Optionally set a fixed wholesale price (products with one option) or a different discount per tier, and a maximum quantity.
4. Price floorThe maximum discount (default 60%) is a floor: a reseller never pays less, whatever a tier or override says.
5. ApplicationsAdd your own questions. Customers apply from the Reseller tab of their account page (share the link with ?tab=reseller). You approve or reject with a reason, and the applicant is e-mailed.

How resellers buy

• You credit the reseller's balance in Customers after they paid you (the minimum top-up you set is shown to them). There is no card checkout inside the panel.
• They see the catalogue with their own price, order several items and quantities, and pay from the balance. The price is always calculated on the server, in one place for the quote and the order.
• Reseller orders are normal orders: stock keys are delivered, they count in your sales and statistics and are marked as reseller orders. Coupons and quantity deals do not apply.
• Like any purchase paid with customer balance, no SellSpace transaction fee is taken on it (it is not a card payment).
• A refund of a reseller order returns the money to the reseller's balance.
• Below the Pro plan nobody can apply or buy, but resellers, tiers, balances and orders are kept.

An API key for programmatic ordering is not part of this version.
